By purchasing a product online from SANNY, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we are unable to offer refunds for unwanted items. If your order is missing an item or contains a damaged product please email us at [email protected] within 7 days. Please have your order number available.
Per safety regulation, we cannot accept returns of used products due to a health and cross-contamination issue. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Complimentary shipping on all domestic orders above $34.95 AUD within Australia.
Please note that international shipping is currently estimated between 9-30 days once dispatched. SANNY hand sanitiser can not be shipped overseas at this time.
We process orders Monday through Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM AEST) in the order they are received, following credit approval.
Standard shipping: Within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).
